Courtesy of www.blur.se, Hannah will be returning to Sweden, where she learnt her skills as a sail maker at North sails to talk at the international boat show.
With a strong connection to Scandanavia what with Hannah's family living there for many years before her birth, her previous work with North's and with Helly Hansen, Hannah is delighted to be speaking at the Boat Show. She will line up with the likes of Volvo skipper and close friend Anders Lewander to help promote short-handed sailing within Scandanavia.
Hannah commented 'returning to Sweden in this capacity is wonderful for me, as it was behind my sewing machine in the North Loft where i first dreamed of competitve solo offshore sailing. Here i am, about to return to try and inspire more young people to take up this wonderful sport. Sweden is such a wonderful and beautiful place to sail, i barely feel that the Scandanavian's being the active nation that they are need my encouragement!'
